Welcome to XBT Bots (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or subscribing to our digital trading services via xbtbots.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide access to proprietary invite-only trading scripts.

These scripts include technical indicators and strategy frameworks designed for use on third-party charting platforms.

Our services are provided strictly as technical tools and educational resources. We do not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or managed trading services.

The system operates on a low-frequency basis, and some months may present fewer or no trading opportunities. This is a normal characteristic of the strategy and does not qualify for refunds.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

 

We offer subscription-based access to our services. By subscribing to any plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring payments according to the selected billing cycle.

Free Trial: We offer a 2-month free trial for new subscribers. No charges are made during the trial period. A valid payment method is required at signup.

Monthly Plan: After the 2-month free trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan at $95 per month (billed in advance), unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Annual Plan: We may offer an annual subscription plan at a discounted rate. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before renewal.

Non-Refundable: All subscription payments (monthly and annual) are non-refundable once processed

4. Access to Digital Services and EU Right of Withdrawal

Access to the digital service begins immediately after signup.

EU Customers: If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

​

Waiver of Right: By subscribing and requesting immediate access to our digital trading signals, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted and the paid subscription starts.

Trial Period Cancellation: During the 2-month free trial, you may exercise your right to cancel at any time without penalty or charge.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your account dashboard on our website or by sending a clear cancellation request to our support email: info@xbtbots.com.

Trial Cancellation: If cancelled during the 2-month free trial period, no charge will occur.

​

Post-Payment Cancellation: If cancelled after a payment has been processed, access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for past payments or partial billing periods.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to proprietary scripts, all payments are final once processed.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation.

Low-frequency activity or months with no trades do not qualify for refunds.

Disputes: If you have any billing concerns, please contact us at info@xbtbots.com before initiating a payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All scripts, indicators, strategies, and content are the intellectual property of XBT Bots. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share access to the service without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee profits. We are not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages resulting from the use of our services. You use the service entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

11. Geographical Restrictions

Our services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using XBT Bots is legal in their country of residence. Specifically, our service is not available to residents of India due to local regulatory requirements.
